RETURN POLICY

The serial no. of the returned product matches that of our records.

The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents and in saleable condition. We may deduct higher restocking or refuse the return depending on the condition of returned product. Remanufactured products are not exchanged. They can only be repaired by the authorized repair centers.
