The item was not abused, blown or damaged by improper installation, water damaged, dropped, etc. Receipt of professional installation is required.
The product is bench tested before installation (if returning due to it being defective). Just tell your installer you need the product to be bench tested and he will know what you are talking about. It costs a couple of extra dollars but avoids costly un installation later on. We may need a receipt of professional bench test/installation.
The serial no. of the returned product matches that of our records.
The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents and in saleable condition. We may deduct higher restocking or refuse the return depending on the condition of returned product.
