* Exchange only for manufacturer defect with all tags intact. No exchange if all tags and inserts found on our items have been removed or the item has been used

* 14 calendar days upon receiving the products with all tags and inserts intact, and new/not used, the buyer can exchange for the same item if manufacturer defect is found

* For manufacturer defect exchanges, the buyer needs to be notified by email and a RMA # needs to be issued to the buyer before the buyer can ship back the exchanged item.  If no email communication or RMA # has been given to the buyer prior to returning the item, the seller can refuse the shipment

* The exchanged item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you receive it

* For all agreed manufacturer defect exchanges, original shipping/handling fees are not refundable and the buyer is to pay all return shipping fees. The seller will be responsible for 2nd shipping cost based on the shipping method selected by the buyer at the original purchase

* If item is used, please contact manufacturer directly for any repair or warranty coverage
