All of our prints are in pristine condition when packed. They are hand rolled in protective paper prior to being carefully placed in a strong cardboard tube. However, it is inevitable that from time to time one will be damaged in transit. If this should happen with your print you should return it (in its original packaging) and a replacement print will be forwarded. Please email us to let us know what has happened. |
