PAYMENT

We accept Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (We only accept USD. NO other currencies). Please note: We DO NOT accept Personal Checks or Money Orders. Please make payment within 7 days after winning the auction. Do not wait over 7 days, as the sale will be canceled and re listed. Non-payment will lead to negative feedback and a non-payment file on eBay. If you have paid and are still receiving payment reminders please contact us so that we can verify payment and clear your order to ship out to you.

If paying by Pay Pal please make sure that all information including your address is current. Once orders are shipped we are not able to make changes to the shipping address.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

•  All order errors, shorts, damages, and defects must be reported to the seller within 2 days of receiving merchandise. Absolutely NO REFUNDS but we do replace.

•  Items broken during shipment will be replaced. All merchandise must be in its original packaging; including styrofoam supports and packing peanuts so that UPS may inspect the package and we may file a claim. After which time a replacement will be shipped out to you. Please do not ship damaged items back unless instructed by a customer service representative. This process usually takes three business days. We ask that you do not leave feedback until this process has been completed and you have received your replacement.

•  All defective items will be replaced. Digital pictures may be required for larger items.

•  Any shorted items will be shipped out to you immediately once we have been notified. You will incur no further shipping cost.

•  If an incorrect item is shipped out to you. Please notify us immediately. Once we have been notified we can send a return label and the correct item out to you. You also have the option to purchase the incorrect item at a 15% discount if you would like.

•  Note: Larger items will need to be received back via a return label that we will send out to you before the correct item can be sent.

•  Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if uninsured.

•  All sales are final as this is an auction.

•  All warranty service and technical support are provided by manufacturer. If item is defective, repair and/or replacement shall be via the advertised Warranty provider.

•  If the item(s) that you have ordered are no longer available/in stock you will be permitted to receive a refund or item substitution.

•  All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

•  For refund requested by the bidder, 20% restocking fee will be applied.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders by either UPS or USPS; this depends on which method is most cost effective for the customer and is determined by the weight and destination of the item(s) that are being shipped. They have a proven track record of success and their dependability is unmatched in the industry. We have negotiated incredible rates with UPS and USPS that allow us to ship our products to customers at extremely competitive prices. In addition, UPS and USPS provides each of our customers within the contiguous 48 states and Canada with a tracking number (which will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them) this allows our customers to track their packages to their doorstep!

Tracking numbers will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive them. Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days from when we receive your payment.

•  Please keep in mind that UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes and AP O/FPO addresses.

•  Please be sure that your shipping address is correct and that you supply a valid e-mail address. We find that many people do not update their eBay and/or Pay pal accounts with current information.

•  Note: When paying by credit card some orders may only be shipped to current billing address.

•  We will send a shipping notification to you when your item has been shipped. Please note that some e-mail servers delete certain unidentified e-mails as spam, or deliver them to your junk mail folder. In this case you may not receive your tacking number.
